Baked Apples with Raisins

Ingredients

2 medium cooking apples, washed and cored   (320g)
raisins  (30g)
2 tsp honey  (16g)
butter  (10g)

Method

  1. Pre-heat the oven to 180¡C
  2. In a small bowl, combine the raisins with honey and cinnamon then stuff each apple with the mixture.
  3. Top each apple with a little butter.
  4. Stand apples on a lined baking sheet and bake for about 45 minutes until softened.
  5. Serve in bowls.
