Ingredients

1 large banana, peeled, cut into chunks and frozen   (120g)
1 tbsp raw cacao or cocoa powder  (15g)
2 tbsp Greek yoghurt  (90g)
1 tbsp honey  (15ml)

Method

  1. Put all of the ingredients together in a food processor or blender and blend until smooth.
  2. Serve in little bowls or pots.
