Ingredients

Handful of ice
Frozen raspberries  (80g)
Low fat plain natural yoghurt  (125g)
1 large banana  (120g)
Rolled oats  (45g)
Coconut water (125ml)
1 tsp honey  (8g)

Method

  1. Whizz all the ingredients together in a blender and serve.
