Ingredients

1/2 inch piece ginger, peeled and grated  (10g)
rolled oats  (40g)
semi-skimmed milk
fresh or frozen berries  (75g)
1 tbsp honey  (24g)
2 tbsp low fat plain yoghurt  (80g)
3 ice cubes

Method

  1. Put the grated ginger and the rest of the ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth. You may need to add a little water if the smoothie is too thick.
  2. Pour into tall glasses and serve.
