Ingredients

Walnuts (30g)
Dates, pitted and chopped  (80g)
Low fat greek yoghurt (200g)

Method

  1. Set a small frying pan over a low heat and add the walnuts. Toast gently for a few minutes until lightly browned.
  2. Spoon the yoghurt into two small bowls and scatter the dates and walnuts on top to serve.
