Ingredients

1 tbsp pumpkin or sunflower seeds (15g)
Any variety of nuts, crushed (40g)
Fresh or canned fruit in juice, such as oranges, apples, pears or berries chopped (300g)
Pinch of ground cinnamon

Method

  1. Toast the seeds and nuts in a small dry pan set over a low heat until they are lightly browned. Transfer to a small plate and leave to cool.
  2. Divide the chopped fruit into two bowls and sprinkle with toasted seeds.
  3. Add a pinch of cinnamon and serve.
