Fruit Salad with Toasted Seeds and Chopped Nuts

Ingredients

1 tbsp seeds such as pumpkin, sunflower or hemp   (15g)
hazelnuts, Brazil nuts, or almonds crushed  (40g)
fresh chopped fruit or canned in juice  (300g)
Pinch of ground cinnamon

Method

  1. Toast the seeds and nuts in a small dry pan set over a low heat until they are lightly browned. Transfer to a small plate and leave to cool.
  2. Divide the chopped fruit into two bowls and sprinkle with toasted seeds.
  3. Add a pinch of cinnamon and serve.
