Ingredients

Low fat Greek yoghurt   (400g)
9 dried apricots, sliced  (80g)
Blanched hazelnuts, crushed  (30g)
2 tsp honey  (16g)

Method

  1. Spoon the yoghurt into bowls and serve topped with the apricots, hazelnuts and a drizzle of honey.
