Ingredients

1 x 425g can lychees in light syrup, drained with tbsp syrup reserved   (180g)
1/2 medium lime, juiced and zested (15ml)

Method

  1. Place the lychees into two bowls.
  2. In another bowl, stir together the lychee syrup, lime juice and lime zest.
  3. Pour the lime-infused syrup over the lychees and serve.
