Ingredients

Frozen raspberries   (100g)
1 tsp lime juice (5ml)
2 slices store-bought Madiera cake  (80g)

Method

  1. Place the frozen raspberries in a blender with the lime juice and blend until smooth.
  2. Spread the coulis on top of the Madeira cake and serve.
