Ingredients

Low fat Greek yoghurt   (150g)
1 x 298g can mandarin oranges in juice, drained, some juice reserved  (175g)
1 small pomegranate, halved, seeds removed and kept  (50g)

Method

  1. Spoon the yoghurt into small bowls and arrange the mandarin oranges on top. Drizzle over a little juice and then sprinkle with pomegranate seeds.
