Peaches with Greek Yoghurt and Hazelnuts

Ingredients

1 x 360g can peaches in juice, drained   (360g)
Hazelnuts  (25g)
3 tsp honey  (24g)
Low-fat Greek yoghurt  (300g)

Method

  1. Preheat the oven to 160°C.
  2. Place the hazelnuts on a lined baking sheet and bake in the oven for about 10 minutes. Remove from the oven and cool before crushing into rough-sized pieces.
  3. Serve the peaches in bowls, top with yoghurt, sprinkle with the toasted hazelnuts and drizzle over the honey.
