2 medium pears, washed, quartered and cored   (300g)
Frozen mixed berries defrosted  (100g)
2 heaped tbsp half fat crème fraîche  (90g)

Method

  1. Arrange the pears, blackberries on a plate or bowls and serve with crème fraîche.
