Ingredients

porridge oats   (100g)
semi-skimmed milk (600ml)
raisins  (80g)

Method

  1. Put the porridge oats into a thick-based, preferably non-stick pan and add the milk
  2. Cook over a low heat, stirring until the mixture has thickened, then continue cooking slowly for about 5 minutes.
  3. Pour into bowls, top with raisins and serve.
