Ingredients

Blanched hazelnuts   (50g)
Ricotta cheese  (100g)
1 tbsp honey  (24g)

Method

  1. Tip the hazelnuts into a thick bottomed dry frying pan and toast over a low heat, moving them around until all sides are lightly golden.
  2. Place the ricotta in small bowls and top with the hazelnuts and a drizzle of honey.
