Store-bought vegetarian soup (800ml)
2 medium slices wholemeal or granary sliced bread  (80g)
4 level tsp low fat spread  (20g)

Method

  1. Heat the soup according to manufacturer’s instructions.
  2. Evenly divide between two bowls and serve with bread and low fat spread.
