Ingredients

Tenderstem™ broccoli  (160g)
2 tbsp tahini  (50g)
1 tbsp lemon juice  (15ml)
Pinch of smoked paprika
Pinch of salt

Method

  1. Set a medium-sized saucepan of water to boil over a high heat. Once boiling, add the broccoli and cook for 30 seconds, then remove and rinse under cold water to stop it from cooking.
  2. Combine the tahini in a small dish with the lemon juice, smoked paprika and a pinch of salt.
  3. Serve the broccoli with the tahini dip.
