Ingredients

4 medium vegetarian sausages   (200g)
4 medium slices wholemeal or granary sliced bread  (160g)
1/2 jar store-bought onion marmalade  (55g)

Method

  1. Cook the sausages according to pack instructions and cut in half lengthways.
  2. Toast your bread (if you prefer) and spread over the onion marmalade.
  3. Add sausage slices to the bread/toast and serve.
