Ingredients

4 medium vegetarian sausages   (200g)
4 slices wholemeal or granary sliced bread  (160g)
4 level tsp low fat spread  (20g)
reduced salt and sugar brown sauce  (20g)

Method

  1. Grill the sausages according to the pack instructions and cut in half lengthways
  2. Toast the bread, if you prefer, and add spread.
  3. Add sausage slices to the bread or toast and drizzle with the brown sauce
