Ingredients

Mixed salad leaves, washed and dried   (100g)
2 tsp olive oil (10ml)
1 tbsp lemon juice
4 level tsp low fat spread  (20g)
1 medium wholemeal french stick  (160g)
Vegetarian Wensleydale and cranberry cheese, cut into 2cm chunks  (100g)
grapes  (40g)
2 sticks celery  (60g)
2 tbsp store-bought tomato chutney  (30g)

Method

  1. Toss the mixed salad leaves with the oil and lemon juice.
  2. Add the spread to the french stick.
  3. Arrange the cheese, bread and salad on the plate with the grapes, celery and chutney to serve.
