low-fat Greek yoghurt   (400g)
160 fresh or frozen mixed berries
2 tbsp pumpkin seeds  (30g)
2 tsp honey  (16g)

Method

  1. Place the yoghurt into two small bowls and top with berries, seeds and honey.
