Ingredients

low fat Greek yoghurt   (400g)
mixed fresh or canned fruits such as apples, pears and oranges, chopped  (200g)
2 tbsp pumpkin seeds  (30g)

Method

  1. Spoon the yoghurt into bowls and serve with the fruit and seeds.
